Securing EU Funding: A talk by Dr. Javed Ahmed

October 20, 2022: ORIC and SMCS organized a talk by Erasmus+ grantee, Dr. Javed Ahmed to highlight the keys of securing EU Funding. The discussion revolved around Erasmus+ program actions and application procedures. Dr. Ahmed shared his journey of securing EU grants and discussed key issues for EU and EC on project selection, identification of suitable calls particularly for Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM), Jean Monnet, Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM), and Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE).

The attendees included academicians and research students from NED, IoBM, Ziauddin University, Karachi University, Bahria University, Fast NUCES and PAF KIET. The session was very insightful and valuable for those interested to apply for Erasmus+ call opening in November.
